Practice Using CSS

I'll keep this one seperate so I can figure out how it works. Basically this page and the HTML practice page will be templates I use to remember what I learn. Slowly I'll build up my knowledge and use it as I go to make my actual main page better. Hopefully I'll get as good as the other people I see on here. I don't know if I'll ever have the skill, but I'm going to try!

This should be in Times New Roman, but if the computer reading this doesn't have it, it'll be in Serif.

it's not easy doing this, i've been having some difficulties

There's a lot to learn, right now I'm still at the beginner stages of CSS, at margins and padding.
